Company & contact databases
200+ countries and regions. Legal entity, size, industry codes, contact roles and email formats, across 60+ fields.
A network of scenario sites is the base: a custom outbound email network goes to the buyer, and an automated GEO program gets AI to cite you when the buyer asks. Two lines, one pipeline, one output: qualified inquiries.
Outbound email solves "they don't know you yet." GEO solves "they look you up later." You need both for a complete pipeline.
One site per application scenario. Each site has its own keywords, content and inquiry form.
Content engineering + structured data + authority signals, so ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini and other AI engines cite you on their own
A-grade: ready to quote. B-grade: need to confirm. C-grade: genuine interest. Each arrives on your sales dashboard with its research attached.
Why now: your buyers now ask AI first, and 68% of searches end with zero clicks. Buyers read the AI answer and stop there. See our field tests
7 scenario sites are live today. On a call, we'll share the domains so you can open and check them yourself.
An AI-assisted outbound system modeled on a seasoned export sales rep. Find, research, write and follow up, four stages working together. What we report is a verifiable count of inquiries with their grades, not a send-volume report.

Send Monday to Friday in the buyer's time zone, five-touch follow-up, read reply intent and grade it
Standard we holdDelivery and bounces monitored continuously to protect your sender domains; replies go to your sales dashboard as A/B/C
Not a swapped first name. All five parts of every email are rebuilt from facts about that one company.
From kickoff to the first inquiries: ICP modeling, infrastructure setup, data collection, cross-verification, account research, copy generation, sending and grading. More than a thousand steps and checks in all.
Most projects run 4–6 weeks of infrastructure build and account warm-up before the first inquiries arrive. No emails go out in this period. We're building infrastructure, verifying data and earning sender-domain reputation.
Not a client case: our own chemical export business, our own money and our own buyers.
The European prospect is buyer demand that has surfaced, not a signed contract. Negotiation, quoting, sampling and closing are still underway.
Every single source has blind spots. A contact reaches the send list only after all six categories check each other.

Retention rates are averages across multi-category projects and vary by industry and market. A contact that fails any check is dropped: it never reaches the send list and never counts toward delivered inquiries. Verify first, then send. Only about 14% make it through. Engineers check specs, procurement compares suppliers, distributors confirm compatibility, and the first stop is now an AI chat, not Google. SEO optimizes for clicks. GEO optimizes for being the answer AI cites.

An experienced rep can research and write 10–15 personalized emails a day. The pipeline does the same research for every email, from about 1,000 a day. And it doesn't get tired, quit or need a pep talk.
| Dimension | Two in-house reps | Outbound line, Standard |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly cost | Your fully loaded payroll for two | Custom quote |
| Emails per day | 20–30 | About 1,000 |
| Emails per month | 440–660 | 20,000 |
| Qualified inquiries per month | About 2 | About 20 (conservative) |
| Cost per inquiry | Payroll ÷ about 2 | Fee ÷ about 20 · try your numbers |
| How you scale | Hire more people; 6–12 months before they close on their own | Move up a plan; effective the same month |
Basis: the Standard plan at 20,000 sends a month and a conservative 0.12% inquiry rate gives about 24 inquiries; we count about 20 as qualified. Two reps produce about 2 qualified inquiries a month.
We don't replace your reps. We replace the part that burns the most time and morale: finding people and the first round of outreach. Same two people. They just stop doing the machine's job.

Same assumptions as the comparison table on this page: an experienced rep converts about 0.36% of personalized emails into inquiries, 22 working days a month; the pipeline is modeled at a conservative 0.12% inquiry rate, with about 83% counted as qualified. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Results vary by product, market and the material you already have.
Run a free audit for my productEvery figure is per A-grade inquiry (traceable, a real company, the right role, two or more qualifying details). Trade shows are counted at full cost, not just the booth.
| Industry type | Google Search ads | Meta ads | Trade shows (full cost) | Lead Engine pipeline |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Heavy industry · long cycles Chemical additives · industrial equipment · pharmaceutical and nutraceutical ingredients |
$390–900 | Rarely produces A-grade | $1,700–4,200 | Lowest of the four · see your quote |
| Electromechanical & food LED lighting / electronics · auto parts · seafood and frozen food · canned fruit and vegetables |
$170–530 | $250–830 | $700–2,500 | Lowest of the four · see your quote |
| Labor-intensive · consumer-facing Furniture / building materials / stone · metal products / sanitary ware / clocks |
$180–420 | $210–560 | $700–1,700 | Lowest of the four · see your quote |
Trade-show cost = booth + build + sample shipping + staff travel. An international trade show typically runs $35,000–83,000 per show, yielding 5–30 A-grade inquiries. Ad costs use the WordStream / LocaliQ 2026 benchmarks (all-industry CPL $66.69, B2B $93.69), divided by an A-grade share of 12–25%. Figures are rounded. For the Lead Engine line, we divide the Starter and Standard monthly fees by that month's A-grade count; your quote shows the figure for your product.
Meta ads struggle with industrial products, a trade show lasts a few days a year, and ads stop producing the day you stop paying. Of the four channels, only the pipeline works every week of the year.
We grade each inquiry on how clear the need is, whether the company is real, and the contact's buying role, so your sales team works the ones they can quote, sample or move forward first.
| Grade | Definition | Recommended sales action |
|---|---|---|
| A-grade | Real company, a buying or decision-making role, a clear requirement. Ready to quote or send samples. | Top of the sales dashboard: quote, sample, negotiate |
| B-grade | Buying interest, but specs, volume, timing or decision chain still need confirming | Your rep confirms the requirement and moves it forward |
| C-grade | Genuine interest, but no defined buying window yet | Nurture and follow up |
The pipeline doesn't replace your reps. It frees them from prospecting and first emails so they can do the work only people can do.
Finding people, account research, first-round outreach and building your AI visibility. The repetitive, time-heavy, low-yield work.
Negotiation, quoting, sampling, closing and the customer relationship.
Buying cycles, deal size, certification hurdles and repeat-purchase patterns differ, so the right outreach intensity differs too. We model your industry and ICP first, then recommend a plan, the site scenarios and the GEO mix.
| Industry | How buyers are won | Recommended outbound plan |
|---|---|---|
| LED lighting / electronic components | High value per inquiry | Flagship |
| Automotive & auto parts | Strong repeat purchasing | Flagship |
| Canned food / fruit and vegetables / snacks | Needs precise targeting, not blanket volume | Flagship |
| Seafood / frozen food | Large, crowded supplier field | Standard |
| Industrial equipment / specialized machinery | Long cycles, high deal value | Standard |
| Chemicals / plastic additives | Heavy certification requirements; suits long-term account development | Standard |
| Pharmaceutical / nutraceutical ingredients | Slower cycles, high customer value | Standard |
| Furniture / building materials / stone | Volume is there; budgets are tighter | Starter |
| Metal products / sanitary ware / clocks | Fast conversion, lower deal value | Starter |
This tiering comes from our on-the-ground mapping of regional manufacturing clusters. For your market and product, the logic holds but the plan is re-scoped. That's exactly why we don't quote a flat price.
Many providers "upgrade" you by adding more articles. Our plans step up from being seen, to being recommended consistently, to year-round strategic management. Not by piling on volume.
